Fountain Hills Great Fair
Now in its 27th year, this fair features nearly 500 artists and artisans from around the country. You can find original works of art, hand crafted clothing and jewelry, knick-knacks, local food items and much more.
It is in a wonderful location in Fountain Hills, surrounded by mountains. Every hour on the hour, the fountain sprays water for about 15 minutes. The height is approximately 560 feet. The plume rises from a concrete water lily sculpture in the center of the lake.

Parada del Sol
The Parada del Sol is an annual event that has been in Scottsdale since 1953. The Pony Express completes a 200-mile trek from Holbrook, Arizona to the Main Post Office in downtown Scottsdale to deliver the mail. This exciting reenactment is one of the oldest events in the nation.
There is also the world's largest horse drawn parade in Scottsdale. Prior to the beginning of the parade, there was a cattle drive down the middle of Scottsdale Road!
